my sky mini box gives me message that I need to upgrade subscription to download program

my sky mini box gives me message that I need to upgrade subscription to download or watch program but my main box is working fine as normal.  I have full multi room subscription but I have also noticed all of my 3rd party apps have disappeared too except for peacock.  All was fine yesterday.  I have rebooted by router and both the main sky Q box and my mini box... need some help to sort it and I can't find answers on sky website.... any help please??
