My picture from my sky Q box is shuddering. I've tried resetting and latest update and it still doing the same thing.

Have you checked your cables to the dish? I had problems recently and was losing pictures and intermittent pictures. Turns out something had chewed through the casing of the cable and the wire was exposed to the weather the slightest bit of dampness reeks havoc with the picture reception
