my Sky Q mini box i

My Sky Q mini box is connected to my main box which is working fine. However, the mini box wont stay connected to my router. Been round the houses of resetting etc and still not working. How do I get a replacement mini box

Hi @jamesw65 

The mini will only connect to the router if you are on Sky Broadband.

Minis only need to connect to the main Q box to achieve all functions.

What do you need it connected to the router for? Streaming apps?

An update.  I live out in the country and have recently switched to Starlink as a more reliable broadband provider. I ambeing told that the issue is one of latency.. I am getting 36 ms where as Sky Q seems to need below 25 ms.  Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?
