Hi @dave_2   Telephone numbers are blocked in this community. However, follow the diagnostic steps below and you may be able to save yourself a phone call, and order a replacement box online. Also, a telephone number can be found if you expand need more help.

My Sky Q box is stuck in standby or wont turn on.

@dave_2 what way is the box not responding ? 

 

it its not coming on when you press the on button on the remote have you pressed the organge button on thr mini box to see if it will come on
