issues with downloading

i've recently had issues when downloading a show, every time i download it shows the episode as fully watched and whenever i skip/pause it dosent register for a like thirty seconds and when i try to unpause/stop skip it takes even longer, can anyone help?

i don't know if it matters but i've downloaded the show a few times before and deleted

Hi @J4SM1N3 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

hello! i've tried this a few times but it still won't work.
