intermittent problem with trying to watch premier league soccer lunchtimes saturdays

I have encountered a problem while trying to access the premier leauge football specifically on saturday lunchtimes just recently. Never had a problem until the last two saturdays. It manifests as initial blue screen message about a satellite connectivity problem, then, when I reboot it sort of works but very badly pixillation and freezing.  Both times around 12,30 / 1pm. The problem then cleared up mid afternoon and returned to normal function.

On both occasions, all the other channels oncluding EFL and other sports channels being fully available.

Any thoughts on whats going on?

What is your sky system? Ie sky stream, sky glass, sky q, sky+HD?

my system is sky Q plus HD

sky Q and the issue is still occuring, I have resorted to switching to other channels and this fault only seems to be related to TNT premier league, everything else works fine
