iPlayer app crashes my internet.

Help.... if I'm watching the iPlayer app from my sky q box after about 15mins I completely lose the internet. I'm connected via Ethernet to my virgin hub 3, I lose everything in the house and the only fix is to reboot my router.

Any ideas

No if I watch iPlayer on my smart TV I have no problems.

Have the same. Also paramount. Believe the apps on sky q are utter rubbish. Have a really fast internet connection but sky q just keeps knocking out the internet connection. This is an obvious fault you would think they would repair it. Happy to collect subscriptions though
