how to link my second hand glass tv to my sky Q box also do I have to keep both remote controllers

I have difficulty setting up my remote controller I have tried pairing them but when I try and put in the Tv device   -(Sky and find my device it can't find my sky glass tv model)

also can I control Sky glass tv and my sky Q box  with the same controller?

Hi,

thanks for trying to help. Yes I had been through the process but this did not fully work as it kept taking me to link my account with a code number.

I have since called sky and got help with this.

It took some time but it is now fixed.

Just to give an update- I kept my sky q box as I was on a 18 month contract and it was the better deal than switching to glass tv.

I use my sky q remote for everything except when I turn off my TV because when I use my sky q remote the TV comes back on after about 5 seconds. So I then use my sky glass tv remote to turn off the tv, I make sure I stay clear of the sky q box as otherwise it turns back on and everything starts again 😂.

Nevertheless I am very happy with my TV and sky Q bow.

Also would like to send my appreciation to the sky employee that helped me with this as he was very helpful and patient.
