getting started

My wife and I have just bought SkyQ, having been persuaded that it is 'idiot-proof' even for people who have rarely watched television in the past. Maybe it is, but our idiocy is testing the proposition. In short, we have not been able to understand how to use the remote control, or how to choose a programme.

Is there a printed manual that is 'genuinely' idiot-proof? The on-line videos are of no help to us since the presenter does not show the viewer which buttons he is pressing to do that which he says is simple.

Apologies for being technophobic and, in all likelihood, past it!

Hi @Nigel12

No printed manual unfortunately but lots of interactive Help on the Q box itself.

Press the Question mark (?) button once or twice at any time and it will give help.

For Sky Q remote see following link
