As your thread title states a faulty hard drive, if you're seeing that message on the screen try following this link. It should lead to a replacement box if needed https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors 

 

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.

Just seen your duplicate thread which has been removed to prevent duplication of replies. If you are making recordings then you have a viewing card.
