Discussion topic: dropping connection to router

I have no problem using my EE broadband interenet on any other device except the Sky Q box which connects as normal but then drops connection after a few moments. If I try re connecting immediatley it works and then drops out again after a few moments. Any tips, im ready dor chucking it in the bin.
