I cannot watch discovery +. Even though it is free to watch for sky customers, of which I am one, when I try to watch using the app I get the following message; Upgrade your pass via your Apple account to start watching.
Watching through an Apple account is not free. I have tried all the ways I can think of and nothing works and I can't get sky to talk to me. Please help!
