can’t watch my recorded programs
I had scaffolding put up in my building last 6 months, I didn’t have any sky signals, today the scaffolding was taken down, my sky tv came on but I can’t watch my recorded programs or record anything, keeps saying
To use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription.
I don't understand why I need to upgrade as I am already paying for the service monthly £68 for sky tv, broadband and landline.
I am not sure if this was caused by the scaffolding
Has anyone else experienced this

Hi @Fatema26
Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

i can only watch sky programs but I cannot go to the home, recording, catch up, on demand or any apps keeps saying the above (on the image attached)

Are you saying that you cannot get the Home menu ?

I contacted Sky they activated my card and it's now working again 😊
