The 241-245 option is on screen but when I click on it nothing happens

One thing to try, if you can find these on your SKY GO mobile app but they will still not download to your box, it's probably an issue with your TV Guide - to resolve this just unplug the main Q box from the wall for 30 seconds. Plug back in and allow the system to reboot for around 5 minutes. The main TV Guide will take another 3 minutes to reload.
Once all is back in place, try again with your episodes. Just a theory, good luck.
