book an engineer

How do I book an engineer to fix the problem with my mini box.  The main Sky Q box is working fine but the mini box is showing no signal.  We have followed all the online instructions to resolve this but nothing works

No signal or no satellite signal? They are different.

”No signal” messages tend to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.

Hi @Deanj 

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the mini box is connected.
Then with the mini box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the mini box remote control.

This will change the mini box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
