Wrong netflix

We got sky q last year when my son lived at home, and he had a Netflix account. So when it was set up we used his account details. Now he's left home, over the last few months we haven't been able to watch Netflix but we are still paying for it. I suspect it's because it's not our email address / account.  How do we get it back so we can watch it again ? Does he have to sign out of his Netflix or unlink his account,  so he will have to pay for his own again, and we set up a new one ?? Thanks

Yes, got ultimate tv with boost to Netflix
