Won’t let me record

Why won't it let me watch catchup up or record

No idea. Have you tried rebooting the box? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on and allow it to restart.

Any messages?  Might be a sign of a failing hard disk.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
