WiFi keeps dropping out and mini boxes disconnect several times a day. An engineer came and hardwired our hub but that hasn't helped, then we recently changed to fibre broadband which we were told would help and the situation is even worse now, we consistently have no WiFi or WiFi is only accessible on one device. Please help we're currently paying for a service we can't use
