WiFi/LAN issues

Hi all.

SKY Q constantly loosing WiFi signal, I've reset the box and changed the WiFi network to the guest one and run the box on LAN connection.  Other devices are working with strong download signal. 

software all up to date etc 

please help....close to cancelling it all
