My Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from my fibre broadband router. No other devices in the house have this problem, I used to have Sky Broadband but changed to a different supplier as fibre wasn't availible in my area and got a good deal, the issue never occurred when we had Sky broadband by now finding I have to reconnect several times a day. The Q box is 5 years old now so wondering if this needs to be changed but I am becoming increasing frustrated with the situation.
