Why is the same programme on different channels different age ratings ?

Can I ask why Mcgyver on Sky Showcase is a PG rating but on Sky Max it's set to a 15 so needs to have a pin ?

Is it the exact same episode? It may be that certain episodes or seasons have a higher rating.

It was the exact same episode. I took pictures of the banner on both channels but can't see how to upload them to this . It was series 5 episode 3.
