Why can I not access Apple + TV?

The MySky app seems to think that I have successfully signed up using the email link provided by Sky, but Apple TV does not appear to recognise this when I sign into the app on my TV.

I would still like help but did not see the colourful bubble saying that you were trying to contact me. Still no Apple TV+ (I have downloaded the app to my phone) but I now seem to have different log ins for Sky Community Sky accounts and and Sky.com, does that sound right?

Do you have multiple logins as the chat invite was sent to your @AAK account if you do although it has now been closed due to you not responding.

After redeeming my Sky VIP 6 months free Apple TV from the App. My TV is not recognising this and is not allowing me access.
