Where has C5 gone from Sky Ireland?!

Anyone know if there are new frequencies for C5 and its affiliate channels? They just disappeared - due to a 'satellite' issue yesterday.

@Elaine+Elaine  There were no Satellite issues yesterday as thw whole of the UK & Ireland would have been affected and this community would have been in meltdown, so presume you mean a "No Satellite Signal" issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The C5 transponder changed from DVB-S to DVB-S2 yesterday, viewers in Ireland will need to retune.

 

Delete the current versions of C5 first then tune to

 

11305 H
SR 27.5
FEC 2/3
DVB-S2
8PSK
