When streaming picture is bad pixilated

Just lately when I'm streaming football on sky sports + picture has bad drag on it and streaming other  programs has it aswell which is annoying as can hardly watch it

@Rouge+one  What device/box is this on?  SkyQ, Sky Stream?

 

How is ti connected to the router?

Did you solve this. I can't stream anything. Amazon prime. Netflix. BBC. Itvx. All buffering. 
tried Ethernet to router still rubbish. 
speed test shows 62mbps but it won't hold a steady stream on any device. Other downloads seem fine it's just streaming.
