Hi , we have no sky satellite signal since the storm on 24th Jan. I can't get through to speak to an actual person and the earliest date I could get an engineer was 21st of March . Surely you can get somebody to look at this problem earlier and am I expected to pay for a service you are not providing for 2 months !

You could pay a local firm to fix it earlier - at your cost of course.
Once it's fixed Sky will consider a credit for the interrupted period. But the storm wasn't their fault...
