Waiting for sky Q box delivery

I left sky and returned my sky Q box. I then got contacted by the buy back team on 24th October. Agreed to resign a contract and as I'd already returned the box they said they would send another out. It is now the 5th November and I still don't have a sky Q box. Someone just tried to deliver one but said they needed the old box, but this has already been returned! Help

You will need to call Sky to get them to inform DPD there isn't a box for collection.

Also worth remembering that unless you kept your viewing card from your previous subscription they won't automatically send another one out.
