Hi, I have an engineer visit booked for Monday 26th May but we haven't received a Sky Q box. Will this arrive before the engineer visit or do they bring it with them on the day? Thanks
For a new installation the engineer brings the box, any mini boxes, remotes, cables and dish on the day.
