Voice control on all boxes

Hi there my voice control suddenly won't work on skyq box or mini boxes either done reset no joy.  Keeps saying press and hold try again still nothing

Hi @Sophielegs   Have you tried rebooting your broadband router to refresh its DNS?

No did sky q reboot.  Should I reboot router then rebook skyq again too

Rebooted router and rebooted skyq voice won't work any help please
