Viewing subscribed channel on Q box issue

I’m subscribed to SkySports Football but I can’t view it on my Q box but I can on SkyGo, can anyone help resolve this

Have you tried a full power down restart (i.e. remove plug or switch of at mains) of your SKy Q box ?

 

Please can you advise if you are in the UK or are you in Ireland.

Yes turned off, took card out. Based in Uk.  Have had subscriptio for nearly a year.  Tried to call Sky a few times but kept on hold for ages and gave up

Can I just double check it is an access to the channel problem rather than no /poor signal ?

 

Probably can't offer much more advice I am afraid. 

 

As you are in the UK it shouldn't be an issue with the HD sub as that is standard in the UK but can you also try accessing the SD channel (further down the channel list)

@DaEl You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
