I forgot to take my sky viewing card out when box was exchanged how do I get a new one. Sky assistant won't work

You aren't the first person to do that and won't be the last but you'll need to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card.
Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
