Viewing card

Having had a viewing card go down on Sunday and contacted sky to order a new one which I thort was up an running after calling 3 more times no one knew where my new card was and how long it was going to be. I find after over twenty yrs of being a sky customer the customer service was shocking. No loyalty, get you signed up and on to the next one

From previous posts a replacement Card can take 5 or so postal days.

Fair comment if you know this but no email or any other notification as to what was happening. As a long standing customer I shouldn't be chasing them for answers or any other customer

The adviser should have told you what to expect when you first called.
