Viewing card

Hi my viewing card isn't working. It's saying to put the card in with the chip facing up but still isn't working

Hi @Mandy+jenkins  please

make sure your viewing card

is pushed in as far as it will go you could also try giving the chip

on the card a light dust with a lint free cloth,once you have done this maybe reboot your box
