Viewing card not working

Sky keeps saying to put viewing card with the chip facing up which is has been but it's not working.

@Ryan30 try taking the card out wiping it with a soft cloth then put it back in

Remove the card, give it a gentle wipe in case any muck/dust is on it and reinsert it making sure you hear the click of it engaging.
