Viewing card not paired

Watching sky last night, suddenly cut to blue screen and message said "sky viewing card not paired, go to settings, system info, viewing card number and pair", I did all that and it said my card WAS paired but I can't view anything

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.
