4 days ago unable to watch apps on TV, keeps saying "your viewing card needs to be paired" i did all the usual steps 4 times but kept repeating same message.  Called and reported. Sky sent new box. Set it up, went through the set up pair up instructions..  and nope, still not allowing me now to watch recordings etc .. it's worse.. any ideas 💡

@AgnesB can you tell us what steps you have been through as its hard to suggest things to try if we don't know what you have already tried

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

If you have had your Sky Q BOX replaced  the recording that were on you old box went with your old. box, unfortunately as they stored on the hard drive of that box, they can not be transferred to your new box.

As far as paring you card card goes are you able to watch normal Sky channels, like Sky one on your new box?
