Viewing card can’t be read.

I cannot get in contact with SKY only bots. I've been calling all the support numbers presented on the sky box which says the number doesn't exist and also via the app no real person is available only bots.

 

i have completed and tried all steps , re inserting the card, and then turning of the sky box from the mains etc nothing is working its day three of no access to my tv.

I have made contact with customer service and they will be sending me a new viewing card. Which I will receive in 3-5 working days.
