Viewing Card
I had a new box delivered today and they took our old a box I accidentally left the viewing card in there, I'm trying to contact sky buy can get though to them how else can I contact them as I can't use my box or anything?

You aren't the first person to do that and won't be the last but you'll need to persevere on the phone to order a replacement viewing card.
Saying nothing when the automation kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.

On the phone when prompted just say need a viewing card for your Sky view box you will be given some options go though and answer what they ask at the end you will probably be asked if there is any thing else or words to that effect say no you will then be put though to a human and you can then explain your problem properly and get it sorted.
