Viewing Card Issue

Hi received a replacement Sky Q main box today as previous one developed a fault. Set it up and tried everything but it just won't recognise viewing card. Just says please insert viewing card and I cannot get past it. Help please will it be a replacement viewing card?

@PW0407 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Hi

thanks for your suggestion I'll give it a try.

I've spoken to customer services and we did some troubleshooting and they are sending me a viewing card so hopefully I'll be sorted when that arrives if not before.
