I recently changed from sky Q to Sky Glass and am awaiting packaging to return the equiptment but not sure what i do with the veiwing card. Do i return it with the Sky Q box or keep it?
If you couldn't get on with Sky Glass and wanted to go back to Sky Q new equipment would be provided but Sky would have expected you to retain the viewing card.
