Urgent - Engineer my sky app

Hi 

 

I have the my sky app and an engineer is ment to arrive 8-1pm

 

On the my sky app it says Visit Booked no engineer allocated on the section? is this normal as i have read up and they normally allocate the day before

 

has anykne had this issue before and did they turn up?

 

Havent had any call yet as of yet.
