On my Sky VIP Rewards, it shows me I can get an offer on sky sports but when I click it, it says unable to process request, yet if I try and upgrade without sky vip it will allow me but it's dearer. Need help here as I'm a long time customer and would like to make use of the vip offer at a discount.
