Upgrade

Trying to watch The penguin but keeps saying I need to upgrade my subscription  with error message My sky 1802 but when I do says I'm already subscribed

Are you trying to download HD/UHD without a subscription?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
