Upgrade subscription error message

I'm currently unable to use sky as I am getting an upgrade subscription error message. I don't understand why as my subscription is up to date

Yes that is SKY UK.... they Disabling cards they still in a Contract.. and Some cards gets Reactivated, loong out of Contract, like mine old card today...

Now i have SKY Cinema HD (8 of 11 Channels) and Sky Sports... all channels in HD and with SKY Sorts news SD.

But my SKY Q says in the Home Screen

"To use this Service you have to upgrade your subscription"

I guess, you have to call SKY to Reaktivate your Card.
