Morning - last week I renewed my sky package but now we cannot view certain channels - ie sky witness, cannot watch certain programmes already on our box - especially in HD and keep getting a message on others to say we need to upgrade - very frustrating when it was all working well - can anyone help? (should say we are waiting for a sky Q box and engineer as still had a sky hd box but no one told us we would have issues like this? )

Can I suggest you double check your subscription to make sure that after the upgrade you have not lost the HD element - I can't remember the old susbcription package but with SKY Signature SKY HD is a separate add on
P.S. Don't forget that when your box is replaced with SKY Q you won't have access to your old recordings (except those you have purchased) so make sure you do watch any you may want to before the switch
