Since update Q270.000.10.09L the search function using voice or the magnifying glass has been a bit hit and miss. Was searching for Bugsy Malone, (the film) and although it showed various YouTube vids using voice, they were nothing to do with the film, so I used the magnifying glass. It showed the movie in Sky Store briefly, then disappeared with the message 'No results'.
The second problem is that when accessing recordings there's a long delay whilst the box appears to be searching the HDD. I went through troubleshooting and did all the resets one by one eventually getting a replacement box. This was good as they sent me the 2TB HDR one (32B12C), a definite upgrade I'd been wanting for some time. It all worked great until I noticed it needed updating to the latest software. Did that and the problems had returned. Proof therefore that the above update has not improved Sky Q at all and has, in fact broken a perfectly working system.
So if you're reading this Sky, fix it.

Stock help as expected. Blame my router and equipment, never the fault of Sky.
Problems only started since the last software update from 5u193hm to 5u193ht. Before I performed the update on a new box everything was working just great but the instant I turned the box on again after the software update, two things were broken, not a coincidence.
Sky needs to roll back to that previous version (5u193hm) then test the new first before releasing it.

@themaestro23 I would think as most Q customers will now be on the latest software that if this was a software problem there would be more complaints.
I have tried the search for Bugsy Malone and am getting the same results as you do which leads me to beleive that the film is not available on Sky.
I am how ever not seeing the problemwith recordings when I am going to my recordings there is no delay.
This is my own opinion and may be proved wrong but the update has been out for a couple of weeks at least now

Doing a search on Sky Stream brings up nothing for the movie across Sky rails.
But, Sky Stream does also search through the apps, and it's showing as available on ITVX, which for the film you can add,to the playlist and play it via the ITVX app on Sky Stream.
