All I want to do is remove MUTV from my package. I've tried online chat bot no one rings back. I've tried ringing and got a robot, I don't know if removed or not. Last thing robot said after do you want to remove, I said yes, was ok ...and line went dead. I have sky Q. I rung(apparently forum won't let me tell u number I rung!!!). Unusually it asked for my password on my account. Can anyone help please.
