We have been having a lot of picture freezing and distortion over the last week and last night all of our boxes including SkyQ and 3 mini boxes kept giving us errors telling that the mini boxes were not being recognized by the Sky Q box , we have switched off all boxes and all our modem and today 2 of my mini boxes are still not working I cannot see lives or recorded events
