I can't delete anything and my hard drive is full up. I now can't access apps or do anything. Please advise

Hi @MightyQuinn thank, I've turned it on and off and the mains but nothing happened. It now says sorry this service is currently available. If I try to go onto Netflix it says This service is not available because of a problem with your hard disk drive. Prior I could get into settings and go into delete recording but it wouldn't delete anything.
