Unable to add Paramount+ to my tv even though I have sky cinema.

Scanned the QR code entered my email address and password, system then says my password is incorrect but I have never ever had a password for Paramount+ only my sky password.

 

I have spent at least 3-4hrs today trying to sort this all to no avail and Skymare no help blaming my wife, however, my wife is working fine. Try to sign into sky.com on my iPhone and all it does is whir round constantly! Angry doesn't even touch the sides, what a system........if you have Sky cinema in your package then the system should know that and let you click on the icon for Paramiunt+ not have to jump through hoops to get it.

 

Really considering telling Sky where to put their system cos it stinks!

@shazzab1 are you following the instructions in the link below once you scan the QR code you use your Skyid and pasdsword then you create a paramount+ account

@shazzab1 I was posting the link as in your original post you stated " Scanned the QR code entered my email address and password, system then says my password is incorrect but I have never ever had a password for Paramount+ only my sky password." after entering your Sky ID and password you should then be able to create a paramount+ account where you select a username (normally an e-mail address) and you need to create a password once that has been done you would then be able to sign in it seems you are not getting to the part about creating an account and you are trying to sign staight into paramount + there should be an option to create an account so don't try and sign in
