Unable to activate Paramount+

Received a text message to activate Paramount + followed the process logged into my Sky account get a message saying

 

We cant do that at the moment. We hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again later

 

tried via the app on my Sky box still same issue. Have tried since Monday still no luck.

 

Any assistance would be much appreciated
